ClarityPlan is a product of Polaris Global Strategy, based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. We provide an AI-powered business planning platform designed for Canadian founders and small business owners.

Information We Collect

  • Account information: Your name and email address, collected when you create an account through Clerk, our authentication provider.
  • Business plan answers: The responses you provide to our eight intake questions, which are used to generate your business plan.
  • Payment information: Billing details are collected and processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number on our servers.
  • Usage data: Basic analytics about how you interact with the platform to improve the service.

How We Use Your Data

  • To generate and store your personalized business plan
  • To manage your subscription and process payments
  • To provide milestone tracking and check-in features
  • To improve the quality of our AI-generated content
  • To communicate service updates or respond to support requests

Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (database) and Clerk (authentication). Payment processing is handled by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. All data is transmitted using TLS encryption. We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We share data only with the service providers necessary to operate the platform (Clerk for authentication, Stripe for payments, Supabase for data storage, and Anthropic for AI generation). These providers are bound by their own privacy policies and data processing agreements.

Your Rights

As a Canadian user, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. You may also withdraw consent for data processing at any time by cancelling your account. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the email below.

PIPEDA Compliance
